KRABI(slands)

i love my alone time. really! even though there are days i can barely wait to see my friends and family, i’ve never had so much time for myself. for new perspectives. and people. and experiences. and reinventing myself over and over again. not to say that is an easy thing to do, but i try to keep moving forward and towards finding myself.

enough of that! so, i went to krabi for the weekend (again, it’s been some time. i barely remember. ha!) to, again, leave big city life behind me for a little. it tends to make me want to leave. and as there aren’t so many parks or rivers to swim in bangkok, i kind of HAVE to go to the beach instead. sorreyyyyyy!

so, i spent my nights in a hostel, which i usually do when travelling alone. it’s so easy to meet people. that i did – and was immediately invited to join two of my room mates. it’s funny how you are able to bond with people in only a few days, even hours, when your heart and mind are open to that. it’s proven me right to do so. so far, that’s when i met the most interesting and beautiful people.
and doing so i barely slept and had the best dance night in a really long time!! i mean, what was i expecting, the hostel’s name is „balcony party hostel“!

on this trip i mostly got around by boat – the easiest way to get to the beach. and thailand’s beaches are just the best! so i did another 4-island tour to:
~ Ao Phra Nang Beach
~ Tup Island
~ Chicken Island
~ Poda Island

.. and went snorkeling. oh man, i want to go again now!

BOATING the KRABI(slands) is even nice, when it’s about to storm, see?

but i will be back to some white sandy beaches in only a little..

cause, MAMA’S COMING OVER!
